CONNECTING LOVE – ACCOMPANYING TOGETHER – SPREADING VALUES
After a year of dedication, filled with heartfelt lessons, loving embraces for our children, and tireless efforts to build a happy educational environment, the faculty and staff of Ba Thien Kindergarten embarked on a memorable vacation in Phan Thiet from May 29th to 30th, 2026.
This getaway provided a wonderful opportunity for colleagues to step away from daily routines, reflect on the journey behind, recharge with positive energy, and nurture the core values that define the Ba Thien family: solidarity, sharing, and love.
The journey began with a visit to the Wine Castle-a destination featuring unique architectural beauty in the heart of the coastal city. In this fresh and vibrant setting, radiant smiles, shared stories, and captured moments set an exciting tone for the entire trip.
The highlight of the retreat was the vibrant Team Building program on the Phan Thiet beach.
Amidst the crashing waves and joyful laughter, members took part in team-oriented challenges, collaborating, supporting one another, and striving toward shared goals.
The tight handshakes, enthusiastic cheers, and moments of standing shoulder-to-shoulder created a beautiful picture of collective spirit-where every individual is a vital link, contributing to the ultimate strength of Ba Thien Kindergarten.
As night fell, the Gala Dinner took place in a warm and emotional atmosphere. It was a time for the entire school to look back on a school year marked by unforgettable milestones, to express sincere gratitude for each member’s dedication, and to enjoy laughter, joy, and meaningful moments reflecting on the past journey.
The evening did not just bring colleagues closer; it connected hearts that share the same mission: nurturing and accompanying the future buds of tomorrow. On the morning of May 30th, embraced by the cool sea breeze of Phan Thiet, everyone continued to enjoy relaxing moments, rejuvenating their energy before returning to their daily work.
As the two-day, one-night journey came to a close, what remained was far more than beautiful photos or fond memories. It was a deeper understanding, a stronger bond, and a profound sense of pride to be part of a collective that always shares, loves, and grows together.
