1. The Importance of Early Eye Care for Children

In an increasingly digital world, children are exposed to electronic devices from a very early age. This not only puts pressure on their delicate eyes but also increases the risk of developing vision problems. At Ba Thien Kindergarten, we implement a balanced activity schedule, encourage participation in extracurricular activities, and limit the use of electronic devices to best protect children’s eyes.

We adopt measures such as adjusting classroom lighting to suit children’s vision, providing toys and learning materials of appropriate sizes to reduce eye strain, and encouraging children to participate in outdoor activities regularly. 3. Workshop: “Bright Eyes, Bright Future”

We plan to invite ophthalmologists and health experts to a workshop for parents and children at the end of March, aiming to share knowledge and skills necessary for eye care and protection. From interactive games to providing individual consultations, we want every family to have the information and tools needed to protect the “windows to the soul.”

Eye care for children does not require complicated measures. Simple actions such as ensuring children receive enough natural light, limiting screen time, and encouraging children to perform eye exercises can make a significant difference in protecting and improving children’s vision health. Additionally, regular eye check-ups for children help detect eye problems early, allowing for timely intervention.

5. Knowledge to Every Family

Aiming to spread knowledge about eye care widely, Ba Thien Kindergarten also encourages families to implement preventive measures and proper eye care at home. Show children images and stories about protecting their eyes, use high-quality sunglasses to encourage use during outdoor activities, along with a daily reminder board to limit electronic device exposure.

From abundant natural light to the use of colors and materials that do not reflect strong light, every small detail aims to protect and enhance children’s vision health.
