LION DANCE FESTIVAL – A JOYOUS MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL AT BA THIEN KINDERGARTEN

The Mid-Autumn Festival is upon us! The little ones at Ba Thien Kindergarten are all dolled up, their twinkling eyes eagerly awaiting a special annual event of the full moon season – the Lion Dance Festival!

Oh my! The lion dance performers are ready, donning their dazzling outfits with lion tails swaying to the rhythm of the music. And who else would it be, if not the humorous ‘Earth God’ with his spot-on antics? Alongside him is the Moon Goddess, flaunting her lustrous long hair and traditional dress, both singing and merging into the exhilarating vibes of the Lion Dance Festival!

The whole schoolyard seems to buzz in sync with the graceful moves of the performers. Our little ones laugh, cheer, and passionately encourage the performance. Some even dance along, mimicking the adorable lion dance moves.

The parents are equally engrossed. They gather, chit-chatting cheerfully, phones aloft capturing memorable moments, filming the essence of the festivity. Such is the lively atmosphere that even the adults feel like they’re reliving their childhood!

The Lion Dance Festival at Bá Thiên Kindergarten is not just an entertainment event. It’s a moment for our esteemed parents and their little angels to immerse in traditional culture, further strengthening the bond between the school and the parents.

Finally, Ba Thien Kindergarten wishes all our lovely little ones and respected parents a meaningful and memorable Mid-Autumn Festival!
